Executive Director
Oversees the strategic direction and overall operations of Norshel Inc.
Program Manager
Manages day-to-day program operations and staff at each Norshel location.
Program Coordinator
Coordinates daily activities, schedules, and programming for participants.
Program Staff
Provides direct support, care, and companionship to program participants.
Nurses
Supports the health, medication, and medical needs of participants.
Help Desk
Manages the organization's applications and provides Tier 1 IT support to staff.
